Processing & Shipping Times:

• Custom Orders: Please allow 3-7 business days for engraving and processing before shipment.
• Standard Orders: Ship within 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery times:
  • U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days
  • International Orders: 7-21 business days (if applicable)

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with the carrier and file a claim. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacements for lost shipments.
