At Dinosaur Diamond Industries, every product is crafted with precision and care. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we stand by the quality of our work and will address any issues with damaged or defective items.

Returns & Refunds:

• Custom & Personalized Products: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized items.
• Non-Customized Products: If you receive a non-customized product and wish to return it, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.
